Online Policy

We have 2 separate policies - Online and Instore please read below

Most of our products are in stock in most sizes for immediate delivery.  However some need to be specifically ordered in, this allows us to offer a huge and diverse stock collection. We are a small business who receive a high volume of website orders.

 If you want your item for a specific date please message us.  Our delivery is £4.70 for mainland UK.  Delivery time is 2-3 working days.  We will contact you upon receipt of payment to indicate the date of arrival.  All items are posted by tracked courier for mainland UK.  You can also select next day delivery if ordered before 1pm (with the exclusion of bank and public holidays) you should receive next day.   We use  fully tracked express delivery within mainland UK.  There is a slightly larger cost involved with sending abroad, you will be notified at the checkout once you enter your delivery address.

All our payment methods are completely secure and no credit or debit card details are held.  

Returns Policy ONLINE ORDERS  -  Simply return the unworn & unmarked item to our returns address on the invoice included with your parcel within 14 days for a refund. Returns received after 14 days will be in the form of a store credit code to use to exchange or use toward another order.  

Unfortunately we cannot accept returned swimwear for hygiene reasons.  The postage costs are non refundable.  Please read our returns conditions prior to ordering at the bottom of the page.

Return postage is the buyers responsibility, please use a tracked signed for service to return items.

Our postage is fixed at £4.70 for a maximum of 3 items, however if all items are returned then the actual postage cost will be deducted from the refund as the postage is subsidised at this rate.

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

If you buy a stock item in store you will be offered the opportunity to try the garment on therefore if you change your mind and return within 14 days we will offer you an exchange or a store credit .  In the case of a faulty item please inform us within 14 days and if the item proves  to be faulty you will receive a full refund.  Please note loose threads of loss of beading is regarded as normal after wear 

Sale items are not refundable . 

Please advise if buying as a Xmas gift as we extend our returns period to 30 days from date of purchase in Xmas gift items and the normal returns policy applies ie an exchange or a gift receipt .  

 

Special order and bespoke items (ie prom and full length gowns & party wear) with our bespoke prom service we offer the opportunity to order dresses from our suppliers.  To do this we require a 50% non refundable deposit there are no refunds or exchanges on full length gowns. 

SPECIAL ORDED ITEMS 

There are no refunds or exchanges on special occasion wear or forward dress orders.  Cancellation term is strictly 24 hours upon making the order.

If the event is cancelled after this time, or for any reason you have decided not to wear the dress on collection, the full balance is still required to be paid.
